Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the digital marketing services provided by Studio7 Digital Media, LLC.

1. Services

Studio7 Digital Media, LLC agrees to provide digital marketing services including, but not limited to, SEO, Pay-Per-Click management, social media marketing, and content creation, as detailed in your specific service agreement or quote.

2. Client Obligations

To ensure campaign success, the Client agrees to:

• Provide necessary access to website CMS, analytics accounts, and social media pages.
• Approve creative assets and ad copy in a timely manner.
• Ensure that their business operations comply with all applicable laws.

3. Payments and Timelines

Payment terms are defined in individual invoices. Services may be suspended if payments are not received by the due date. While Studio7 Digital Media, LLC adheres to project timelines, specific results (such as #1 rankings or specific lead counts) cannot be guaranteed due to the dynamic nature of third-party platforms.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns the creative assets produced specifically for their campaigns. Studio7 Digital Media, LLC retains the rights to its proprietary methodologies, tools, and pre-existing code.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate services with a 30-day written notice, subject to the conditions outlined in the specific service agreement.
